Camillo runs for WaterAid
Hi,
I am Camillo, an Associate at the Berlin Office of Hogan Lovells. Hogan Lovells provides pro bono legal advice, volunteer support, and unique fundraising and awareness initiatives for our global non-profit partner organisation WaterAid.
On this occasion, it is my great pleasure to fundraise for WaterAid
by running for it in the Berlin Marathon 2025.
The donations will benefit WaterAid's work in Mozambique. It is one of the world's poorest countries. In Cuamba district, Niassa province, only 50% of people have access to clean water and just 24% have decent toilets. Many rely on unsafe water sources, and open defecation is common, leading to the rapid spread of diseases.
WaterAid has been working in Niassa since 1995 and now aims to improve water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in five of Cuamba's rural healthcare facilities (HCFs). The project aims to provide 5,000 people with access to clean water and toilets, and improve hygiene for 5,000 people.
I would be very grateful if you would donate a contribution to the work of WaterAid in Mozambique.
Best regards,
Camillo
